What data we collect
When you use the form, we receive the reason, your name, your email, your company and your message. We do not store this data in a database: it is forwarded by email to our sales team and stays in their mailbox. If you accept analytics cookies, we measure visits with Google Analytics.
What we use it for
We use the form data to answer your demo request or your question. We use analytics, only if you accept it, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who else is involved
We use Microsoft Azure to host the site and send email, Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the sender is a person, and Google Analytics only if you accept it. Some of these providers process data outside Chile.
How long we keep it
We keep form emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. Google keeps analytics data according to its own settings.
Your rights
Under Law No. 21.719 and applicable rules, you can ask us for access, rectification, deletion or objection regarding your data, and portability where it applies. Write to us at contacto@jejhub.cl and we will answer.
Cookies and storage
We only use analytics cookies, and only after you accept them. We keep your choice in your browser local storage, and you can change it at any time from the page footer.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will publish the new version on this same page and update the date.
